Troy Marsh writes, "This is my first bloody blister. I usually run trails and have good luck with keeping my feet from breaking down, but this is from running on the road in Salt Lake City's marathon. Notice that this is a blister beneath a callus. I used a sterile needle to drain it and used Compeed to cover it up after the race. I had taped my toe there but the blister formed anyway. I'm glad it did not break during the race as it did not bother me at all. |
